We are aware of the enormous impact being suffered by our planet due to climate change, and that the damage is irreversible, but we are fighting to minimise its consequences.

By seeking to protect the environment as much as possible, our environmental policies aim at sustainability.

  • We are taking small steps with a big impact to reduce single-use plastic in our offices and restaurants by replacing it with biodegradable materials and/or long-lasting materials.
  • We do not use plastic bags: you can always take uneaten food home in recycled paper bags.
  • We light our restaurants with maximum energy efficiency and use the most effective heating and cooling.
  • We are also working to fulfil the 3R rule: re-use, recycle and reduce, and we prioritise kilometre 0 produce to reduce our carbon footprint.
