Fa m\u00e9s de 20 anys que crea restaurants d\u2019\u00edndole diversa. Darrere de cada un dels seus locals hi ha un concepte diferent. El punt de partida, la seva inspiraci\u00f3 i les seves influ\u00e8ncies culturals varien en cada cas, per\u00f2 sempre hi ha la mateixa ess\u00e8ncia comuna: locals amb personalitat, atenci\u00f3 curosa del disseny i la gastronomia, qualitat de productes presentats en ambients avantguardistes i preus justos.<\/p>\n<p>Tant en el primer projecte, <strong>GRUPO TRAGALUZ<\/strong>, del qual \u00e9s cofundador, com en el cas d\u2019En Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Lobos, Tarruella ha sabut crear restaurants \u00fanics amb car\u00e0cter propi, per la manera personal d\u2019entendre la gastronomia, les seves inquietuds, els viatges, i les ganes de viure altres cultures i acostar-les a la gent a trav\u00e9s de la restauraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EN COMPA\u00d1\u00cdA DE LOBOS<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s fruit del seu esperit aventurer, la seva curiositat per con\u00e8ixer altres cultures i la seva dilatada experi\u00e8ncia a crear conceptes de restauraci\u00f3. Des que l\u2019any 2013 es va crear aquest projecte, compagina la tasca com a CEP del Grupo Tragaluz amb la de fundador d\u2019En Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Lobos, que compta amb 9 restaurants entre Barcelona, Madrid i Mallorca: Gallito (2013), Ana la Santa (2013, Madrid), Bosco de Lobos (2014, Madrid), Palmito (2015), The Green Spot (2016), Gats (2016), Spot Mallorca (2017), Camping Mar (2019) i Green Spot Diagonal (2022).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TOM\u00c1S TARRUELLA\u00a0\u00e9s empresari i creatiu del m\u00f3n de la restauraci\u00f3.
