Modern alternative to the traditional restaurant.
Following its renovation, the Tragaluz remains the same it was after 22 years, but younger and updated. Its name is even stronger, as one can now see the sky more.
The lower level has three bars. Upon entering one sees the oyster bar, TragaFishh, handled by Luis de Buen. El japonés returns home and arrives with innovations: ceviches and sushi bar and the natural charcoal Japanese barbecue bar to prepare kusiyaki.
On the upper levels is Tragaluz, traditional but updated. Upon going up, Mariscal’s sketches for the design of the new logo, decorate the staircase’s wall. In this space, the kitchen surprises, since one must pass through it to get to the dining area.
It offers a traditional but modern food, adapted to the tastes and habits of today’s life. The usual recipes can be found, but prepared with a more modern technique, with lighter ingredients.
On the top floor one can eat in a more informal way, with fireplaces and sofas to enjoy coffee or a drink before or after dinner.
